Valuation Manager (m/f/d)

• As the central point of contact, you will confidently coordinate communication between external appraisers, outsourcing partners, and internal departments
• You will contribute your expertise on valuation-related issues and be responsible for external real estate valuations—whether for acquisitions or routine appraisals, both nationally and internationally
• Together with your team members and with the help of the latest technologies, you will oversee the entire valuation process, check for plausibility, and ensure the final quality of the reports for our approximately 1,800 properties
• In this role, you will also review and approve appraiser invoices to ensure an efficient and transparent workflow
• Furthermore, as a Valuation Manager (m/f/d), you will conduct analyses, develop your own value forecasts, and contribute to projects

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation—ideally at a valuation firm, an asset management company, or a comparable organization
• Team spirit, openness, a hands-on approach, and a strong willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to high standards
• Confidence when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good English skills are a plus
