Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in real estate management with a specialization in facility management
• Several years of relevant professional experience in technical property management or in the management of commercial real estate
• Project management of maintenance and conversion measures, in particular tenant conversion measures
• Experience in managing and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and dealing with external service providers
• Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Cost awareness as well as adherence to budget and deadlines
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training, particularly in the field of digital technologies and sustainable building concepts
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and openness to new software applications
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
• Strong awareness of sustainability and energy efficiency in real estate management
• Good networking within the real estate industry is an advantage

YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring the technically and economically optimal operation of buildings and technical facilities
• Participation in the preparation, monitoring and invoicing of construction work
• Managing structural and technical maintenance and modernization measures in close coordination with property and asset management
• Monitoring, controlling and coordinating external service providers, taking into account costs, benefits and life cycle expectations
• Data maintenance and optimization of the property portfolio
• Regular, quality-oriented property repairs with technical assessment and reporting
• Commissioning and monitoring inspection and maintenance work on the properties
• Contact for authorities, tenants and service providers
