Technical Property Manager (f/m/d)

We are an established owner-managed family business with an extensive portfolio of logistics and residential properties. We are looking for a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) for our team in Düsseldorf.

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive management of logistics and residential properties
• Management and supervision of construction measures
• Coordination of external service providers
• Collaboration with all project participants
• Interface management with specialist planners, general contractors, authorities, operators and users
• Preparation of property-specific budget and action planning (maintenance, repair and modernization measures)
• Monitoring costs, quality and warranty claims
• Preparation of key figures and ongoing reporting
• Contributing to the further development of internal processes, standards and quality specifications in technical project management

Your profile:

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in technical property management
• Confident manner, ability to work under pressure and in a team
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and strong decision-making skills
