We are looking for you for the Real Estate Financing department as
Technical customer advisor (m/f/d)
Modernization funding for rental residential buildings
full-time (part-time possible)
Your tasks - varied and responsible
- Advising customers (m/f/d) on IFB Hamburg and KfW funding offers in the areas of modernization of rental residential buildings and environmental and climate protection
- Providing specialist information on technical packages of measures, planning, construction and energy-related issues and requirements within the framework of the funding programs
- Informing customers (m/f/d) about the economic and tenancy law implications of the planned measures resulting from the funding
- Checking the eligibility of measures applied for, structuring the funding together with the applicants and determining the funding amounts
- Processing the funding applications with checking technical application documents and proof of use on completion of construction
- Checking the plausibility of eligible investment costs and living space as well as energy planning and coordinating construction schedules and financing plans
- Cooperation with external partners, conception of internal and external events and lecturing on modernization funding
Your profile - qualified and enriching
- You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
- You work confidently and routinely with the usual MS Office applications and ideally have experience with SAP.
- You are motivated to provide customers (m/f/d) with competent support on technical issues relating to the modernization of rental residential buildings and to promote sustainable solutions.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of commitment and a pronounced service orientation.
- A structured, independent way of working as well as a confident manner and communication skills in exchange with internal and external contacts round off your profile.
