TECHNICAL ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
Here, you make a difference
As a member of our Asset Management team, you will play an active role in the following areas of asset management through a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Analysis of the technical condition of properties and assessment of maintenance and modernization needs
- Supporting and monitoring technical due diligence for acquisitions and existing properties
- Assessment and management of technical risks within real estate portfolios
- Supporting the planning and control of technical budgets and investments
- Coordinating and communicating with technical service providers and appraisers
- Collection and analysis of technical data, as well as preparation of reports for asset management and investors
- Supporting the implementation of sustainability and ESG measures in the technical area
Qualifications
Here’s how you can impress us
- You have a college degree, solid knowledge of MS Office, and a structured, analytical, and conceptual approach to work.
- A technical degree (e.g., civil engineering, building services engineering, facility management) or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience or internships in technical real estate management, technical due diligence, or comparable fields
- Basic knowledge of technical property valuation and maintenance
- Analytical and structured thinking, independent and meticulous work style
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and, ideally, experience with industry-specific software solutions (e.g., CAFM, BIM)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel for property inspections
- High level of self-motivation, ability to work under pressure, and strong teamwork and communication skills
