Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Troisdorf eG is a housing association founded in 1918. It is the largest housing cooperative in the Rhein-Sieg district with a total housing stock of 2,883 residential units. The main tasks consist of the management, maintenance, modernization and development of the housing stock for our members.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following person as soon as possible

Team leader in real estate management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of three management teams of up to 10 people
• Participation in the optimization of the letting process "From new letting to termination"
• Ensuring proper processes for proper and professional property management
• Interface function between departments, employees and managers
• Reporting to the Management Board and managers
• Active involvement in future topics
• Representing the head of department

Your profile:

• Completed degree in real estate management or comparable further training
• Strong team and organizational skills paired with an independent and structured way of working
• Solution orientation and intelligent assertiveness
• Marketing and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of real estate management including tenancy law for residential and commercial units
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally GAP-Immotion) and good MS Office skills
