We are looking for motivated reinforcement (m/f/d) for our good-humored Best Practice Team Construction at the Mainz location as soon as possible!
Your tasks
General administrative support with daily correspondence, scheduling and office organization
Independent coordination and processing of business transactions in connection with planning and construction in cooperation with internal parties and external third parties, such as architectural and engineering firms, contractors and authorities
Administrative support for the project teams in routine planning and construction tasks, the preparation and evaluation of tenders and in the awarding and commissioning of planning and construction services
Independent coordination and handling of warranty and defect management
What you bring with you
After completing your commercial training, you have gained several years of professional experience in office management , e.g. as a team or project assistant, preferably in the construction industry or in the real estate sector
As a result-oriented and communicative personality, you combine good organizational skills with an independent way of working and a confident handling of standard MS Office applications.
