Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Troisdorf eG is a housing association founded in 1918. It is the largest housing cooperative in the Rhein-Sieg district with a total housing stock of 2,883 residential units. The main tasks consist of the management, maintenance, modernization and development of the housing stock for our members.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Team assistant in property management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Commercial support of the team
• Ensuring availability by telephone
• Setting up resubmissions
• Written, telephone and personal communication with our members, tenants and business customers
• Commissioning minor maintenance work
• Preparatory activities in the area of letting as well as dunning and legal action

Your profile:

• successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agent
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure and a structured way of working
• a confident and friendly manner, especially towards customers and business partners
