Are you interested in the real estate industry and would like to gain real practical experience while studying at the FOM?
We offer you the opportunity to complete your studies either as a dual study program or as a part-time study program with flexible part-time employment.
We will work with you to determine the specific structure – in line with your study organization, your previous knowledge and our employment opportunities.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting real estate-related topics, e.g. in facility management, contracts, space management or project support
  • Collaboration in day-to-day operations relating to our locations and real estate processes
  • Preparing and analyzing real estate-related data, reports and evaluations
  • Participation in projects, e.g. modernization, digitalization, maintenance, sustainability or location development
  • Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

You bring with you

  • (University entrance qualification or completed training in the real estate sector
  • Interest in studying Real Estate Management (B.A.) at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Munich
  • Motivation to combine real estate theory with concrete business practice
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
