Responsibilities
Here’s what you can expect:
- Planning and executing marketing activities
- Processing customer inquiries
- Drafting tenant newsletters, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Supporting tenants residing in the property
- Supporting the advertising association
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field
- Interest in retail real estate, strong initiative, and a structured approach to work
- Enjoyment of teamwork and working independently

Work for free?
Not with us: We pay our working students 14 euros per hour for a maximum of 20 hours per week. During breaks from classes, hours can be increased to a maximum of 40 hours. Employment beyond graduation is generally welcome.
