Student Intern (m/f/d) in Project Development with a Focus on Building Construction

LBBW Immobilien Management Gewerbe GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated working student (m/f/d) for its ambitious urban development project, the Schlossgartenquartier, in downtown Stuttgart.

• Supporting the project team in the areas of building construction and technical systems during the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects
• In addition, you enjoy working independently on commercial and technical matters (e.g., maintaining project calculations and tracking project costs, etc.)
• You will actively engage in communication with project partners, service providers, and clients
• You will also take on research tasks in the area of project development

• You are currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, real estate management, or a comparable bachelor’s or master’s program
• You are passionate about the real estate industry and project development, as well as related technical and business topics
• You are distinguished by your strong analytical skills
• You have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications
