To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a dedicatedworking student (m/f/d) who is eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the project team in the planning, organization, and management of construction and development projects
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, cost overviews, and project documentation
- Conducting research, analyses, and evaluations on technical, economic, and real estate-related issues
- Assisting with quality assurance, documentation, and tracking of project progress
- Participating in internal and external meetings and taking minutes
- Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and external service providers
- Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled (from the 3rd semester onward)ina degree programin architecture, civil engineering, facility management, or a related field
- Excellentwritten and spokenGerman, as well asgoodwritten and spokenEnglish
- Proficiency in MS Office(especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and a high commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, enjoyment of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- High attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to work independently
- Interest in project management, real estate development, and technical processes
