Student Employee (m/f/d) in Asset/Transaction Management

• Support for purchase and sale transactions
• Support in preparing profitability analyses and real estate market and competitive analyses
• Preparation and follow-up for weekly committee meetings
• Contributing to the (further) development of flexible, efficient, and user-friendly business plan and valuation models (financial modeling)
• Support with leasing activities, including preparing property listings, responding to rental inquiries, and assisting with property viewings and contract negotiations
• Support in the preparation of market and competitive analyses
• Support in the preparation and review of lease agreements and amendments
• Assistance with reporting and the preparation of decision-making documents and tenders
• Maintenance and preparation of leasing and acquisition lists as well as presentations

• You are currently pursuing a degree in real estate management or economics (at least 2nd semester)
• Initial practical experience in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
