You have:
- legal training or a degree in the field of housing and real estate management
- very good knowledge of tenancy law
- a high affinity for figures and very good comprehension skills
- a precise way of expressing yourself and are familiar with contractual vocabulary
- a confident handling of MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as PDF editing
- ideally experience with the programs iX-Haus and DocuWare
