Do you want to shape the future instead of just implementing projects? Then become part of our Major Project Consulting team. We advise and support leading companies, public clients and project companies in the planning and implementation of complex investment programs - both nationally and internationally. As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) you will assume responsibility for the strategic and operational management of investment projects - and develop the project landscape of tomorrow together with our client teams.

YOUR TASKS

• Independent management and implementation of large investment programmes (e.g. energy infrastructure, mobility, industrial construction, digitalization, special assets)
• Analysis, conception and optimization of governance structures, control models and PMO setups
• Development and application of innovative methods for project delivery, program excellence and digitalization
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams from project management, technology, financing, construction and IT - often at the interface with ministries, authorities and corporations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and working on business development and proposal processes
• Actively helping to shape our consulting portfolio as well as providing professional support and developing colleagues in the team

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in economics or engineering, administrative sciences, construction/project management or comparable qualification
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of complex projects, e.g. in industry, the public sector, consulting or project companies
• Know-how in at least one of the following areas Infrastructure development, industrial projects, large-scale government projects, transformation management, funding consulting or governance
• Excellent German and very good English skills and willingness to travel
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a confident manner towards top decision-makers
• Strong interest in the combination of digitalization and project management
