Your tasks

• Acquisition of retail real estate in the core food segment
• Targeted search for off-market acquisitions
• Positioning the Hahn Group in the bidding process with the aim of acquisition opportunities
• Realization of an annual acquisition volume of at least 100 million euros per year
• Strategic expansion and active maintenance of the network of relevant market participants: property owners, developers, brokers and retailers

What we expect from you

• Successfully completed studies or comparable training supplemented by at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Enjoy active networking, cold calling and sustainable contact management
• Very high willingness to travel and flexibility
• Strong communication skills in internal and external activities
• Sound market knowledge in the area of large-scale retail real estate
