Your areas of responsibility
- You will be responsible for real estate marketing in your sales area, from property acquisition to the notary appointment
- You will use well-planned marketing strategies to carry out acquisition activities in your sales territory and continuously expand your network
- You carry out a professional property valuation and find a fair market price for the properties
- You will guide owners through the entire sales process with confidence
- You provide advice during sales negotiations between sellers and buyers
- You accompany the search clients from the initial contact through the viewing to the handover of the keys
- You are always in contact with your customers and generate additional after-sales business
Your profile
- Passion for sales: You are enthusiastic about building and maintaining customer relationships. With your persuasiveness and relationship management skills, you will win new customers and create long-term partnerships
- Experience welcome, but not a must: Previous experience in the real estate industry is helpful, but not essential. We value career changers who are enthusiastic about real estate and want to start their career in the real estate world with commitment and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
