To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a
Sales Manager Real Estate / Facility Services (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Active expansion of the North-West sales region, in particular the Rhine/Ruhr area and the greater Hamburg/Bremen area
- Acquiring new customers for infrastructural services in Facility Services (e.g. real estate companies, property managers and facility management companies)
- Advice and support for existing and new customers
- Preparation and calculation of offers including post-calculation
- Processing and participating in public tenders
- Conducting customer meetings, presentations and contract negotiations
- Observing the market and competition
- Close cooperation with operational management and office staff
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the facility management or real estate industry; career changers (m/f/d) from the real estate industry or facility management are welcome
- Good knowledge of infrastructural services / facility services
- Confident handling of quotation calculations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel within the North-West region
- Class B driving license
