Responsibilities
- You will actively contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports for banking supervisors (HGB) and the parent company (IFRS).
Depending on your area of focus, you will support either liquidity and settlement reporting (LCR, ALM, NSFR, AE, Resolution Planning Reporting, MREL, banking levies, and related ad hoc inquiries) or COREP Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, and disclosures in accordance with CRR, including ESG aspects - You will prepare, validate, and analyze reporting content
- You will assess developments in the regulatory environment and their impact on our company
- You will prepare reports and analyses to support other business units in evaluating business activities and regulatory metrics
- You contribute your own ideas for the digitalization and optimization of process steps
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in business administration, auditing, accounting, banking regulation, or have completed banking training supplemented by comparable continuing education
- You have practical professional experience in the field of regulatory reporting with a focus on the aforementioned reports
- You have a solid and up-to-date understanding of the relevant regulatory standards (including CRR III and the German Banking Act), accounting regulations under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS, as well as national and European developments in banking supervision law
- You have a good command of (technical) English
- You demonstrate an affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of the reporting software BAIS and Abacus 360
- You have successfully collaborated on projects
- You are characterized by a high degree of independent and self-organized work as well as strong conceptual skills
