Real Estate Management Trainee (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- During the 18-month trainee program, you will gain insight into the diverse tasks involved in managing shopping real estate at various ECE locations. In the process, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of economic, strategic, and operational issues related to our centers.
- During the first 12 months, you will rotate through the Asset Management, Center Management, and Leasing Management departments, with Asset Management playing a central role.
- In addition, you will learn about the operational management of the centers as well as the development and implementation of leasing concepts.
- You will then deepen your knowledge in one of these areas. The specialization phase is primarily intended for Asset Management. Depending on your interest and aptitude, specializations in Leasing or Center Management are also possible. Upon completion of the trainee program, you will join the company in your respective specialization area as a Junior Asset, Leasing, or Center Manager.

Qualifications
Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree in real estate management, business, or economics
- Initial practical experience in real estate or retail is desirable
- Interest in helping shape the urban marketplaces of the future
- Openness, strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take on responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in German (min. C1) and English, and a confident demeanor
- Willingness to work throughout Germany, particularly in the area of center management
