Real Estate Management Intern

In the attractive regions of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne/Bonn, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Vienna, and London, we identify potential, develop visionary implementation strategies, and create properties and locations with sustainable value.

We are seeking dedicated students majoring in economics, real estate, or industrial engineering forinternships at various branch offices—for a minimum of three months, orsix monthsif desired.

As an intern and a full-fledged team member, you’ll gain an understanding of the entire real estate cycle at our firm: from preliminary analysis, acquisition, and asset management to project development, sales, and investment processes. You have chosen a specialization during your studies—together with you, we will identify projects where you can successfully apply your knowledge.

• You’ll assist us with market and industry analyses to identify relevant investment opportunities.
• You’ll be right in the thick of purchase and sale processes, learning from our experienced investment and asset managers.
• For our asset management properties and project developments, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external service providers, and you’ll also take on administrative tasks in certain areas.
• You’ll play an active role in identifying target properties and developing property and leasing strategies.
• You will also assist us in preparing reports and creating presentations.

• You are currently pursuing a degree, for example in economics, business administration, engineering, or civil engineering, and are about to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You have gained some initial work experience, for example through internships, ideally in the construction or real estate industry.
• You are proficient in using standard Office programs.
• You have an interest in the real estate business—you approach new areas of responsibility in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You are a strong communicator and have a good command of German and English.
• Initiative, reliability, and team spirit round out your profile.
