What are your main responsibilities?
You will be responsible for technical support and communication in small repairs management (KRM), including accounting and controlling. This includes the following core tasks:
- You are the central contact person within the Residential division for questions relating to KRM and at the same time interface with the service company.
- You are responsible for creating training documents and instructing new employees in the contractual regulations of the CRM.
- You will ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and any necessary change management is carried out.
- You will ensure continuous quality assurance and monitor compliance with the quality standards of service provision on the basis of service levels and inspection quotas.
- You will manage the rectification of defects and the implementation of improvement measures.
- You will also carry out accounting and controlling with the employees, e.g. by means of an annual assessment of the services provided.
Our work is mobile and flexible. Nevertheless, business trips of approx. 5 to 20 days per year, including throughout Germany, are required at the post/workplace. These business trips are always planned well in advance to ensure a good work-life balance.
What do we expect?
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree (Diplom FH/Bachelor) in real estate management or business administration or a comparable qualification.
Specialist skills:
- You have professional experience in the field of quality assurance in ongoing maintenance.
- You have in-depth knowledge of controlling and SAP-S/4 Hana.
- You can demonstrate confidence in using standard IT applications (Microsoft Office).
- You have knowledge of contract law.
- Sound knowledge of the organizational and operational structure of the Residential division is an advantage.

- You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically.
- You work independently, thoroughly and in a goal-oriented manner, even with an increased workload.
