Real estate consultant in the Weingarten branch (m/f/d) full-time (100%)

Your tasks

• Real estate brokerage
• Property survey and preparation of the property documents
• Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and explaining important details
• Moderating the negotiations between the parties and coordinating the modalities for agreement between the seller and buyer in a target-oriented manner
• Preparing the notarization of the property sale, coordinating with the notary and all parties involved and accompanying clients to the notary.

Your qualification

• Your qualification - Completed training as a real estate agent. Alternatively, you have a degree as a real estate agent or real estate specialist.
• Your know-how/experience - You know the local market and, thanks to your many years of experience in the valuation of residential properties, you can carry out a well-founded sales price determination in line with the market. You are familiar with tenancy, contract, land register, notary and building law.
• Your personality - You are characterized by a high level of social competence. You have a high level of commitment and a willingness to continuously develop your skills.
