Our Rahlstedt/Wandsbek sales territory offers enormous potential: whether charming apartments in older buildings, exclusive villas, or modern new construction. Together with a dedicated team, qualified leads, and opportunities for independent client acquisition, you’ll serve our clients in an attractive real estate market.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquisition, professional real estate valuation, and sale of residential properties
- Development and implementation of innovative sales strategies and marketing plans
- Serving as the point of contact for all residential real estate inquiries within a designated sales territory
- Providing real estate consulting to Haspa branches
Your Profile:
- You are a proven real estate expert (m/f/d) who doesn’t see problems, but finds solutions
- You love your work and have already achieved success thanks to your excellent market knowledge, ideally in the Rahlstedt/Wandsbek region
