To strengthen our real estate valuation team, we are looking for experienced
Real estate appraisers (m/f/d) for complex residential and commercial properties in the greater Hamburg area
Awaiting you:
- Exciting valuation tasks in an attractive market
- Valuation of complex residential and commercial properties (market and mortgage lending value)
- Assessment of property development projects
- Examination of building status for larger projects
- Checking the plausibility of internal and external appraisals
- Colleagues whom you support in an advisory capacity with your specialist expertise
What you bring with you:
- Qualifications: Training in the banking, construction or real estate industry as well as additional specialist training as an appraiser (ideally HypZert F)
- Knowledge and practical experience: several years of experience in real estate valuation
- Personality: You are able to work independently, autonomously and accurately, communicate in a structured and convincing manner and are flexible.
