Focus on residential real estate management
You are happy to take care of
- tenant support and management of the properties (no WEG management)
- the marketing of rental space
- correspondence with tenants, authorities and service providers
- coordinating smaller renovation measures
- commissioning and monitoring maintenance, repair and servicing work
- preparing and monitoring rental agreements
You have:
- completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- several years of experience in real estate management
- sound knowledge of tenancy law
- strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, commitment and a service-oriented approach to work
