- the active letting of our commercial properties
- the professional preparation and creation of exposés
- actively researching and approaching potential tenants
- conducting and organizing viewings of rental space
- selecting and advising prospective tenants
- preparing and negotiating rental agreements
- building and maintaining networks with relevant tenants and market participants
You have:
- completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the letting of commercially used rental space
- sound knowledge of tenancy law with a focus on commercial real estate
- Initiative, strong communication skills and a self-confident manner
- strong customer and service orientation and strong communication skills
- strong social skills, high motivation, commitment and a service-oriented way of working
