Focus on management of commercial units
You are happy to take care of
- tenant support and management of the properties
- the marketing of commercial rental space
- carrying out inspections and handovers of commercial space
- correspondence with tenants, authorities and service providers
- processing tenants' conversion requests and providing commercial support during implementation
- collaborating and coordinating with the property accounting department and the operating costs team
You have:
- completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the management of commercial units
- sound knowledge of tenancy law with a focus on commercial real estate
- strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, commitment and a service-oriented way of working
