Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Troisdorf eG is a housing association founded in 1918. It is the largest housing cooperative in the Rhein-Sieg district with a total housing stock of 2,883 residential units. Troisdorf is the most populous town in the Rhein-Sieg district and is located on the right bank of the Rhine between Cologne and the federal city of Bonn. Our main tasks are the member-oriented management, maintenance, modernization and development of our housing stock.
To strengthen our property management team, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible
Real estate agent (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- First point of contact for tenants and members of our cooperative
- Marketing process: from termination to re-letting
- Acceptance and handover of apartments and follow-up work
- Carrying out apartment viewings with prospective tenants
- Property inspections
- Preparation of service contracts in building management as well as management and control of external service providers
You have:
- Successfully completed training as a real estate agent
- Responsible and conscientious personality
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and service mentality
- High level of self-motivation and results orientation
- Strong and confident negotiating skills and excellent communication skills
- Class B driver's license required
