Tasks that make you grow
- You will be responsible for real estate marketing in your submarket, from property acquisition to the notary appointment
- You will use well-planned marketing strategies to carry out acquisition activities in your sales area and continuously expand your network
- You carry out a professional property valuation and obtain the expertise of your colleagues in the process
- You accompany the seller through the entire sales process with confidence.
- You will provide advice during the sales negotiations between the seller and buyer
- You accompany your buyers from the initial contact through the viewing to the handover of the keys
- With your enthusiastic, emphatic manner, you ensure that customers feel professionally advised
A profile that inspires us
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree with a focus on real estate management or sales
- You have several years of experience in real estate sales in Vienna
- You are communicative and strong in closing deals. You have a good feel for the wishes of discerning customers in the high-price segment
- You have a good network in Vienna and the surrounding area
- You are no stranger to digitalization in the sales process and have a keen interest in social media
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German
