Real Estate Administration Clerk (m/f/d)
The Kommunale Dienstleistungszentrum Personal und Versorgung (KDZ), based in Wiesbaden, is an administrative joint venture between the Kommunalbeamten-Versorgungskasse Nassau (KdöR, BVK) and the Zusatzversorgungskasse für die Gemeinden und Gemeindeverbände in Wiesbaden (ZVK). On the basis of the collective agreement on the supplementary pension scheme for public sector employees (ATV-K), the ZVK manages the company pension scheme for its members and offers their employees a supplementary pension scheme for old age, reduced earning capacity and surviving dependants. The ZVK has over 680 members, almost 325,000 insured persons and pays out over 250 million euros in supplementary pension benefits each year. It is a pay-as-you-go system with obligations of around 10 billion euros.

Real Estate Administration Clerk (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes in particular
- Operational management of the real estate portfolio
- Management/controlling of external service providers, coordination and agreement between internal and external contacts, validation of property calculations as part of profitability calculations, monitoring and checking of invoices from external service providers, responsibility for managing existing insurance contracts and optimizing them as required
- Taking over building management for our company headquarters
- Coordination, coordination and monitoring of maintenance appointments, repairs and tradesmen's services, organization and procurement of office and furnishing equipment, management of parking spaces
- Further development of the reporting system
- Maintenance and quality assurance of the digital reporting system, support in the preparation of internal reporting, evaluation, analysis and assessment of property-related data from the real estate portfolio
- Organization & committee work
- Organization and coordination of meeting attendance, content preparation of documents, in particular evaluation of meeting minutes
- Assumption of project tasks
- Preparation of presentation documents, support in the selection process for asset managers and/or new real estate funds
We expect you to have
- a successfully completed (technical) university degree in business administration or training in the field of real estate, office or administration, ideally supplemented by further training as a real estate specialist, or a comparable qualification
- sound knowledge of the real estate industry as well as sovereignty through experience in real estate management
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
- Structured way of working, organizational skills and reliability
- Knowledge of MS Office software

This is a full-time position which is generally divisible. Recruitment is in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD/VKA); if the collective agreement and personal requirements are met, the position will be classified in pay group 9c EntgeltO/VKA.
