Property Manager / Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) with a focus on commercial service charge accounting

in Frankfurt | Part-time employee 20 h/week max. | Permanent

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Independent preparation of operating and heating cost statements for commercially used properties (individual properties or portfolios)
  • Checking and processing of cost documents as well as allocation keys and special agreements in accordance with rental agreements, legal regulations and BetrKV as part of the preparation of the statements
  • Communicating with tenants and owners, service providers and internal property teams to clarify billing issues
  • Processing objections to operating cost statements and providing support with operating cost budgets, business plans and forecasts for customers
  • Checking advance payments and posted invoices for correct distribution and posting during the year
  • Responsibility for deadline control and compliance with rental contract and legal billing cycles as well as participation in the optimization, further development and digitalization of billing processes
  • Creating dispatch files (PDF with attachments such as receipts) with checking for delivery authorization and ensuring dispatch execution
  • Participation in benchmarking activities and support in the implementation of cost reduction measures
  • Creating internal benchmarking overviews and checking market conformity on the basis of external operating cost reports

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Completed training (real estate agent; real estate specialist) or studies with a real estate background
  • Several years of practical professional experience in property management
  • Good knowledge of tenancy and operating costs law
  • Previous knowledge of SAP, Gypsilon and iMS is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Confident manner and practiced in dealing with tenants and clients
