Property Manager (m/f/d)

• Management of rental operations and financial responsibility for a defined residential real estate portfolio
• Correspondence with tenants, owners, service providers, government agencies, legal advisors, etc.
• Property inspections and development of property strategies
• Selection, monitoring, and management of external service providers, as well as optimization of property management
• Planning and implementation of value-enhancing measures
• Leasing management and development of leasing strategies
• Monitoring of legal disputes and claims in collaboration with the accounts receivable department
• Processing of commercial transactions (invoice verification/account assignment)
• Collaborative teamwork with internal departments

• Successful completion of training as a real estate agent
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the independent management of residential properties
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy law
• Strong communication skills, creativity, ability to work in a team, and analytical thinking
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to travel
• Willingness to take on responsibility and work independently is required
• Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory; experience with SAP is a plus
