Property management software and master data maintenance specialist (iX-Haus) (m/f/d)
You like to take care of:
- supporting and maintaining our property management software (iX-Haus) in commercial property management
- the creation, maintenance, documentation and archiving of master data (properties, tenants)
- monitoring and checking any indexing that occurs
- creating and compiling serial letters
- correspondence with tenants, authorities and service providers
You have:
- very good knowledge of the in-house software iX-Haus
- completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- preferably several years of experience in real estate management
- strong interpersonal skills, a high affinity for numbers, accuracy and a service-oriented way of working
