The remit of building management includes maintaining the client function, commissioning and managing external planning offices and service providers, ensuring compliance with operator obligations and the optimal management of buildings over their entire life cycle. Building management thus makes a significant contribution to urban building culture.
At the earliest possible date, we are looking to recruit a
Project Manager Facility Management HLSK (W/M/D)
We offer you a versatile, interesting and permanent full-time position. If the professional and personal requirements are met, a classification up to pay group 10 TVöD is possible.
THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- technical management of building maintenance projects in the HVAC trades
- independent planning and management of municipal construction projects, taking into account economic, technical and scheduling objectives
- Overall coordination of maintenance measures
- Development and implementation of maintenance standards for municipal properties
- Supervision and coordination of construction work, quality control, schedule and cost control
- Development of practice-oriented solution proposals for complex issues
YOU HAVE
- a university degree in a suitable subject area,
z. E.g. building services engineering, civil engineering, facility management or a technician qualification in HVAC or a comparable qualification - several years of relevant professional and management experience
- a high degree of sensitivity in dealing with citizens, politics and administration
- Organizational talent, ability to work under pressure and service mentality
- very good IT skills
