Your tasks
We are looking for your expertise for our exciting real estate projects in the greater Cologne area! As an experienced project manager with sound construction knowledge and extensive experience in the realization of new construction, conversion and refurbishment projects, you've come to the right place.
- Project management and control of challenging construction projects
- Technical management and quality assurance of one or more internal project teams
- Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting
- Overall management of the project participants
- Supervision of all areas of activity and project stages of project management
Your profile
- Successfully completed engineering studies (architecture, civil engineering or similar)
- At least 3 years of professional experience (e.g. as an engineer, industrial engineer, architect or project engineer) preferably in project management and control or in planning
- Willingness to assume responsibility and technical leadership in challenging projects and to take on internal company tasks
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project)
- Confident in dealing with building law, AHO, HOAI and VOB
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong communication skills and team spirit, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
