Your tasks
- Management and implementation of complex real estate projects in accordance with the AHO service profile
- Project management and quality assurance of the BIM methodology on the client side
- Implementing and further developing BIM strategies and standards as well as advising on the use of BIM methods in real estate projects
- Providing internal and external advice on the application of the BIM method and conducting our basic BIM training course
- Participation in the internal further development of our Center of Competence BIM
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in engineering (civil engineering, architecture or comparable)
- Experience in handling BIM projects - ideally in connection with project management tasks (e.g. as a BIM manager, BIM coordinator, project controller, construction project manager, project engineer, architect, civil engineer or similar)
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. HOAI, AHO, VDI 2552, DIN EN ISO 19650)
- Confident handling of common BIM software (e.g. Solibri, Navisworks, BIMcollab) as well as MS Office and MS Project
- Ability to combine classic project management processes with digital methods in a structured and practice-oriented manner
- Confident appearance, analytical thinking and strong communication and teamwork skills
- BIM certification or corresponding further training is desirable
