Project Management Trainee – Construction & Architecture (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• In this 12-month trainee program, you’ll learn all aspects of construction project management—from project development and planning to implementation. The focus is on exciting construction projects in the retail sector and renovation of existing buildings
• We’ll help you become a networker. In your role, you’ll build connections across all key areas of the company
• Through individual project assignments, you’ll gain exciting insights into relevant interfaces, take on responsibility, and learn to lead projects independently as a project manager
• You’ll participate in interdisciplinary training and professional development, and throughout the entire program, you’ll have access to mentors and a dedicated advisor for questions and feedback
• As a trainee at ECE, we’ll prepare you for your target position as a Junior Project Manager
• The trainee program starts on October 1, 2026

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
• Initial relevant experience in the real estate sector through internships or a working student position has sparked your passion for planning and construction
• You approach your tasks in a goal-oriented manner, act in a customer-focused way, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of people on an equal footing, both in German and English
• You are eager to contribute your ideas and take on responsibility with a high degree of initiative
• You should be willing to travel both domestically and internationally
