Here’s how you’ll work. Your responsibilities.
- Project Development: You identify new locations, prepare feasibility studies, and develop optimal usage concepts based on economic considerations.
- Contract Negotiations: You’ll be part of the negotiation team and will be responsible for preparing and conducting contract negotiations, particularly for lease, rental, and sublease agreements.
- Project Coordination: You ensure a smooth start to our construction projects through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Special Projects: You will lead various special projects in the real estate sector and bring them to a successful conclusion.
That’s you. Your qualifications.
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate management, urban/regional planning, civil engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in commercial real estate development, ideally in the healthcare or social real estate sector.
- Generalist skills, as well as initial leadership experience in a comparable environment.
- Excellent understanding of business management and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- A confident demeanor, organizational and negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Solid computer skills, particularly very good proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
