We create inspired places so that people simply live better. For over 40 years, we have been realizing holistic construction projects in which we focus on the highest quality - be it in architecture and design, ecologically sustainable construction methods or personal contact. For us, holistic also means that we offer all residential services for sale or rent, building management and estate agent services from a single source. We build our apartments and terraced houses throughout Germany from our locations in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin. With our Strenger Foundation, we have also been committed to helping the homeless, children and nature conservation for over 20 years.

Become part of our team in Berlin and join us at the earliest possible date as:

PROJECT DEVELOPER (M/F/D) FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

YOUR TASKS

  • Whether multi-storey residential buildings, terraced houses or entire district projects - you will take responsibility for the development and realization of our new construction projects. You will be responsible for actively acquiring land - both off-market and via estate agent networks.
  • You will independently identify potential areas for residential construction, analyze the legal planning framework and carry out initial site and feasibility assessments.
  • Together with internal teams and external partners (architects and specialist planners), you will develop marketable utilization concepts up to the point of obtaining building permits.
  • You will manage the approval process, coordinate and negotiate with authorities, agencies and local authorities and represent the project confidently to the outside world.
  • You accompany the projects until they are handed over for implementation and support internal or external sales if required.
  • You keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality and react proactively and in a solution-oriented manner to challenges.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have successfully completed a degree in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture or a similar qualification.
  • You have professional experience in the project development of residential real estate, ideally with a focus on land acquisition and obtaining building rights.
  • You have a high level of technical understanding across all service phases and you enjoy managing project topics efficiently and purposefully. You use your problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • You think entrepreneurially, recognize potential at an early stage and bring projects to the decision-making stage independently.
  • You are a confident negotiator and communicate convincingly with owners, local authorities and project partners.
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative and sustainable topics such as building information modeling, wood-hybrid construction, smart home systems or greening and mobility concepts.
