Portfolio Manager / Supervisor (m/f/d)

The company

Our client is a leading capital management company in the field of real estate funds based in Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main. The company supports asset managers in the launch and administration of regulated real estate funds and also offers other fund management services. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as Portfolio Manager / Supervisor (m/f/d).

The tasks

• Portfolio manager for various real estate investment funds and central point of contact for external asset managers and fund initiators, as well as for third-party capital management companies, custodians and all internal and external contractual partners
• Central process controller from fund initiation through ongoing management to fund exit
• Transaction management, coordination of purchases and sales, monitoring of ongoing portfolio management tasks of international, European real estate fund providers/asset managers with regard to investment law and real estate aspects
• Preparation of presentations and sales documents as well as participation in client meetings and events

Your qualifications

• Degree in business administration (especially real estate) and/or law or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of fund management, fund conception and/or asset management, ideally with a capital management company
• Good knowledge of German investment law and basic knowledge of the real estate markets and ideally of company and country-specific legal and tax issues in connection with national and international real estate transactions
• Knowledge of funds desirable
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills
• Very good knowledge of English and MS Office
• Strong communication and client orientation, ability to work in a team and independently
