The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) is the federal government's real estate service provider, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary land and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and diverse properties - from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research facilities to customs buildings, the Federal Police, the Federal Armed Forces and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). Depending on the application situation, an above-tariff advance grant of steps and an additional temporary specialist allowance of up to 1,500 euros may be considered.
The division is responsible for supporting supreme federal authorities and constitutional bodies (e.g. Bundestag, Bundesrat, government airport).
What are your main tasks?
- Strategic Technical Facility Management (TFM) and TFM controlling for BImA office buildings used by supreme federal authorities
- Performing operator duties and tasks as well as contractor duties for technical building equipment or delegating these to third parties (external TFM) and ensuring quality
- Planning, organizing and implementing the transfer of technical systems to operational management or ensuring their implementation by third parties
- Plan, organize and implement operational management in accordance with DIN 32736 or ensure its implementation by third parties and ensure quality
- Organizing and ensuring occupational health and safety at BImA (preparing risk assessments) and assisting third parties in fulfilling their obligations
- Planning and implementation of investment measures and construction tasks in accordance with RBBau in the assigned area
- Maintaining own specialist knowledge and willingness to acquire further specialist qualifications through further training
What do we expect?
Qualification:
- Completed technical university studies (Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/Bachelor) in the fields of building, electrical, supply engineering or in a comparable field or completed training as a state-certified technician in the relevant field with corresponding practical experience
Professional skills:
- Several years of professional experience in the field of technical building management/technical facility management desirable
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, including GEFMA, AMEV, DIN, RBBAU, HOAI, VOB, VOL, knowledge of guidelines and regulations (DIN, VDE, technical regulations, BetrSichV), legal requirements in connection with the building maintenance obligation and the performance of traffic safety obligations
- IT user knowledge for Word and Excel, SAP knowledge is desirable
- Basic knowledge of business and real estate management
