Your tasks
As Managing Director based in Frankfurt, you will be responsible for the further development of the company together with two other members of the Management Board and represent NHW internally and externally as the face of the company. You will ensure trusting and constructive cooperation with the responsible supervisory and shareholder bodies as well as the relevant political players. Your area of responsibility includes

- IT & digital transformation

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced leader who combines strategic foresight with operational management skills and who identifies in a special way with NHW's public mission.
In particular, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Several years of management experience in a management or comparable management function, ideally in the housing or real estate industry or in a public or public-related company
- Sound knowledge of financing structures in the housing industry and portfolio management
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of long-term corporate goals and strategies and the identification of new market potentials
- Confidence in dealing with supervisory bodies, shareholders, political decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders
- Strong leadership and communication skills, integrity and an appreciative and responsible management style
- A completed academic university degree (Master's degree, diploma, state examination or comparable)
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
