YOUR TASKS
- Independent management and implementation of holistic consulting projects with a focus on the optimization of structural and process organizations
- Management and processing of digitalization projects relating to real estate and its management
- Further development of our consulting portfolio in the areas of digital operations and smart building
- Developing and implementing innovative ideas, processes and business models in the consulting sector
- Actively building and expanding a network with owners, technology providers and users
- Supporting the acquisition of new projects, including contributing own ideas and independent market development
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in real estate management, facility management, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in consulting, ideally with at least 3 years of focus on organizational and digitization consulting
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel for projects
- High level of consulting expertise, strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Team spirit, analytical thinking, high quality standards and independent working style
