Junior Manager, Fund in Liquidation (m/f/d)

• Support for the key account manager at Fondpartner regarding funds currently in liquidation (following the sale of all fund properties)
• Support in the liquidation of funds through the application, development, and documentation of best-practice standards
• Independent, risk-averse liquidity management
• Operational interface between internal departments, custodians, fund partners, and investors
• Exchange of information with specialist departments and key accounts regarding upcoming fund liquidations
• Procurement, review, and monitoring of business plans and property budgets
• Supporting the FiA team in responding to investor inquiries
• Participation in investment committee meetings as needed (passive participation)
• Additional tasks related to project collaboration and process optimization

• A degree in business administration or real estate management—supplemented by initial practical experience (e.g., internships or work-study positions in the fund or real estate sector)
• Alternatively: A degree in real estate management with initial relevant professional experience
• A strong aptitude for numbers (analytical skills)
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel (including VBA); knowledge of PowerAutomate and AI is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and assertiveness skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative within a team
• Strong service orientation, a problem- and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to think proactively
