In this attractive entry-level position, you will support our team in successfully implementing customized fund strategies for institutional investors as part of our operational portfolio management.

• You will support our acquisition and divestment processes by preparing decision-making documents while adhering to investment limits, contractual terms, and other relevant requirements.
• Working closely with Asset Management, you will review property and leasing strategies, approve them, and monitor their implementation.
• You will also manage liquidity and debt at the fund level.
• You will present complex issues transparently for acquisition recommendations, quarterly reports, ad hoc reports, and investment committee meetings.
• As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will advise institutional investors on all fund-specific matters.

• A solid foundation is provided by a bachelor’s degree in economics with high grades or a comparable qualification with a focus on real estate management.
• You have some initial professional experience in the areas of real estate management, real estate investment, or real estate funds—including through internships.
• In addition to your aptitude for numbers, you impress with your insightful analyses.
• You are a strong communicator and always strike the right tone when speaking with institutional investors and teammates.
• With your high standards for yourself and for the quality of our products, you approach your projects in a goal-oriented manner.
