Asa Junior Fund Manager,youwillsupport our team in successfully implementingcustomized fund strategies for institutional investorsthrough active portfolio management.

• You will overseeacquisition and divestment processesand prepare well-founded decision-making frameworks, taking into account investment limits, contractual terms, and key financial metrics.
• In yourrole as a liaison to asset management, youwill reviewproperty and leasing strategies for hotel real estate, approve them, and monitor their operational implementation.
• Using your business management expertise, you will manage and monitor liquidity, cash flow, and debt at the fund level.
• You prepareacquisition recommendations, quarterly reports, ad hoc reports, and documents forinvestment committee meetingsin astructured, transparent, and audience-appropriate manner.
• Asa knowledgeable point of contact, you will advise institutional investors on allfund-specific mattersand actively contribute to long-term investor satisfaction.
• As part ofinvestment portfolio management, youwill assistin the preparation and review of annual financial statements at the fund and investment level.
• You view occasional travel to our other locations as an enriching experience and an exciting way to broaden your real estate and investment horizons.

• A solid professional foundation is provided by yourbachelor’s degreeineconomics(with excellent grades)ora comparable qualification with a focus on real estate management.
• You have someinitial practical work experience in the real estate sector, ideally in fund or asset management—preferably gained through internships or part-time student jobs.
• Some exposure to hotel management is advantageous, e.g., through training as a hotel manager, internships, part-time jobs, or project-based work in the hospitality sector.
• You stand out with a strongaffinity for real estate and numbers, as well asanalytical skills and a structured, sharp way of thinking.
• You are proficient and experienced in using standardMS Office programs, particularly MicrosoftExcel.
• You area strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal communication, and always strike the right tone when interacting with institutional investors, colleagues, and external partners.
• You set high standards for yourself and the quality of your work. With anindependent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, you drive your projects forward with dedication and implement them reliably at a high professional level.
