YOUR TASKS
- Integrate FM consulting services covering the entire life cycle of real estate/portfolios as well as planning support from the competition to commissioning and handover to operations
- Carrying out benchmarking, operating cost forecasts and life cycle cost analyses
- Developing organizational, operational and operator concepts for a wide range of property types, e.g. high-rise buildings, sports and cultural facilities
- Advising on data management requirements for future-oriented, digitalized operational management (BIMtoFM)
- Contributing to the creation of management and space concepts for operational facility management
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams as well as contact person and expert for all questions relating to facility management
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in facility management, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity desirable, also in the form of internships or working student activities
- Good written and spoken English skills desirable
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- A structured, analytical and independent way of working
