Your role - strategically leading, operationally effective

In a challenging market environment, you will assume overall responsibility for the economic performance and strategic development of our office real estate portfolio. We are looking for someone withan entrepreneurial mindset, who sets impulses and moves forward with courage, creativity and clear decisions.
Someone who actively shapes the market, not just observes it - and who enjoys tackling, rethinking and driving things forward.


That's what you do with us:

Strategy & value enhancement

  • Development, modeling and implementation of sustainable asset and value enhancement strategies for your office property portfolio
  • Overall responsibility for economic performance, profitability and target achievement
  • Active identification of potential, creative letting impulses and pragmatic measures to optimize performance in a challenging market
  • New ideas and actively driving change

Leadership & management

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the asset and property management team with 13 FTEs
  • Management of external service providers (brokers, property managers, consultants)
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces (including Finance, Marketing, Legal)
  • Inspiring the team and setting clear priorities

Letting & tenant relations

  • Responsibility for key accounts and regular exchange with key tenants - close to the market, close to the needs
  • Management of complex lease negotiations and active presence in critical situations
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies together with marketing and asset managers

Transactions & reporting

  • Lead responsibility for planned acquisitions and sales in coordination with the management board
  • Overall responsibility for budget, forecast and monthly reporting
  • Transparent explanation of deviations and derivation of specific measures
  • Maintaining an overview and making decisions based on clear analyses in close coordination with internal stakeholders


What we want from you to get started together:

Must-haves

  • Completed university degree (e.g. real estate management, business administration, finance or similar)
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional and management experience in asset and/or property management of office and commercial real estate
  • Sound real estate and financial expertise, including budgeting, business plans and performance analyses
  • Very good knowledge of the German office real estate market and a robust network
  • Proven strength in negotiating with tenants, brokers and investors

Personal skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a high focus on results and a strong creative drive
  • Assertive, motivating leadership personality with a strong team orientation
  • Very good analytical, structuring and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
