Leadership & management
- Technical and disciplinary management of the asset and property management team with 13 FTEs
- Management of external service providers (brokers, property managers, consultants)
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (including Finance, Marketing, Legal)
- Inspiring the team and setting clear priorities
Letting & tenant relations
- Responsibility for key accounts and regular exchange with key tenants - close to the market, close to the needs
- Management of complex lease negotiations and active presence in critical situations
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies together with marketing and asset managers
Transactions & reporting
- Lead responsibility for planned acquisitions and sales in coordination with the management board
- Overall responsibility for budget, forecast and monthly reporting
- Transparent explanation of deviations and derivation of specific measures
- Maintaining an overview and making decisions based on clear analyses in close coordination with internal stakeholders
