for our legal department on a full-time basis.

Tasks:

• You will work independently and advise colleagues on all matters relating to residential tenancy law, in particular termination/eviction matters, rent increases, operating cost accounting and drafting tenancy agreements.
• They conduct and coordinate court and out-of-court disputes.
• You will provide legal support for projects in the area of general real estate law.
• You will work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external consultants and authorities.

Prerequisites:

• Successful completion of the second state examination in law
• Interest in or initial to in-depth experience in tenancy and real estate law - newcomers to the profession are also welcome
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of RA-MICRO an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
